My theory is that Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Sayid, etc. are not the lost ones.

i was thinking lately that the smoke thing represents the crash ,and it adds people to the manifest when little things are changed in history.this is only a recent thought though.maybe it aint…
Thank GOD Steven Spielberg has nothing to do with Lost. If he did, your theory might hold some water. I think the writers are going for something a bit more philosophical… 😉
