If you are telling me that Boone, Charlie, Shannon, etc will not be dead, then I just can’t agree. The writers said they wouldn’t do that and I agree.

Jacob is the representation of the good and the positive? Have you even seen this show? Ben says himself in the last episode that he always followed Jacob’s orders without question and he did some pretty awful things while in the leadership position of the Others. Were it not the Jacobians that strung Charlie up by his throat, forced Michael to kill his people, tried to steal Claire’s baby, and gassed to death the entire community of the Dharma Initiative? One has to believe that these actions were carried out in the name of Jacob, him “being in charge of the Island” and all. Futhermore, was it not Jacob who caused Sayid’s wife to get hit by that car? That’s sure what it looked like to me. But, hey, he WAS wearing a white shirt so that must mean he’s the good guy. Come on people, nothing in this show has ever been as it first appears. Don’t let the color of a guy’s shirt dupe you that easily.
