Has the incident truly occured yet?
In the Swan orientation video, Dr. Chang says an incident occured shortly AFTER the swan was built…clearly the Swan wasn’t near completion during the whole bomb thing…am I being too picky with wording?

Hi Youalleverybody. I just discovered your post here after I submitted a theory that mentions this thought also (the theory is actually on a different subject). I believe that there are two incedents. I base this assumption on one of the notations on the blast door map (the copy I used is the one that Lost magazine published). This notation refers to escape conduits that were blocked after some sort of incedent. It would make no sense to build something with blocked conduits designed into it. If they weren’t needed why build them? the notation that I am refering to is right under the “I am here” note.
