Ok so some of this I can’t explain. It’s mostly just hopeful wishing.
What if Charlie didn’t die in the Looking glass station? I mean it certainly looked like he died. That guy mikhail kept dying though and coming back. So it’s very possible he doesn’t die. What if Mikhail didn’t die from the explosion and he actually brought charlie up to the shore at some point or back into the looking glass somehow.
You see what makes me say this is that during part 2 of through the looking glass as the girl who lays dying tells Charlie the code. It’s the song Good Vibrations and that it was coded by a musician. She didn’t say who. So Charlie appears dead, mikhail saves him, the island skips through time and lets just say the looking glass was obviously built before the swann? So charlie arrives in the looking glass back in 72. Right? that was the year i believe.
Now who else would code it but charlie?
Anyway. silly but slightly possible, and hopeful.

Hasn’t Jack just sent them all back to normal time? So, if this was to happen we’d have seen it in Season 5?
surago636, Charlie is DEAD! The writers have confirmed this. Mikhail is also dead! This also has been confirmed by the writers!
The only chance we have of seeing any of the ‘dearly departed’ again, will be if ‘the island’ flashes again in time, or through an actual flashback where they were still alive!

I personally think in the next season of lost the losties may have succeed in creating a NEW timeline which will result in ‘dead’ characters returning.
The writers did confirm he died. So if you believe them, I guess you kinda gotta go with that.

i would love it if charlie came back. ive been thinking for a long time before we found out about the time thing that all the characters who died arent dead? if this is right i really hope they bring back eko,haha.eko rocks
That’s a great theory but i don’t think that Mikahail would throw a grenade to kill Charlie and then save him if he survived. But it would be great to see Charlie back, and it’s not a coincidence a musician coded the song…
Look, I would like Charlie to not really be dead just as much as you. But the sad sad truth of it is, he is dead. I believe we will see him again, either in a time flash or a flashback, but not as alive in the current timeframe. I am sorry, Charlie was my favorite, with Eko being my second favorite. I believe the writers chunked the story a bit when they killed those two but whattaya gonna do, ya know? I just have faith (blind faith, at that) that the writers will construct an ending to this tale that will make all of the connections and tie up all the loose ends and answer all of the burning quetions to make it all worthwhile.

Hi you commented for the second time on my theory. I haven’t watched seasons 1-4 yet, so I really don’t know what that means about what your point is. However, I did find my first theory to be false a different way and posted that on the comment before yours.
