Episode 2×16 – The Whole Truth. Sun gets a pregnancy test from Sawyer who stole the medicine from the hatch. On it, in small text it says Widmore Labs.
Not sure if this has come up or not, but I thought I’d show you guys this little fact in case it wasn’t caught.
I’m sure he supplies the island with food crates as well from the air. He knows where it will be and probably tells the helicopter guys to drop it at a certain location over the ocean then the island appears catching the supplies. Interesting…
I think that pregnancy test might be something Sawyer found while looking through the plane wreckage.
Meaning someone had it in their suitcase.
I also think that this was part of Sawyer’s plane stash…
Well that’s kind of a good point except in episode 2×21 – ? we find out his stash including the heroin needed for Libby’s gunshot wound was under his tent burried along with all the guns. He moved it all there.
We’ve watched kate, Sun and Claire all took pregnancy tests, on and off the island, and they were all “Widmore Labs”. I’d say it’s just a clue that they’re world is much like ours, 4 different companies own 90% of everything we buy LOL The one that Sun took was from Sawyer, which he found in the plane wreckage, i think….

I did wonder – when they discover the Hatch, how come all that food is in date, who has been supplying Desmond? Or am I being a bit slow here and were we told?
Think it makes sense, someone has to be sending supplies. I’ve lived on a remote (Greek) island and it would have been nigh on impossible without regular deliveries.

I don’t have a solid theory on the supply drops, but i do know that the others wanted Desmond/whoever was in the hatch to stay in the hatch and to be totally unaware of the changes occuring on the island didn’t they? So if i were them, i would be finding a way to continue the drops as to not draw attention to the changes. So maybe it once was dropped by Dharma, but after the others took over, they have been faking the shipment outside of the hatch.
