Lepidus is not dead

Lepidus is not dead.  There were only to ways off the island, the plane and the sub. The sub has been destroyed and the last time I checked there were no other pilots on the island and with as much emphasizes that the writers have given that plane it will fly again.

  1. Jack also said in season 1 that he had taken a few flying lessons,,,

But I don’t think Jack is leaving tbe island, nor anyone else.

  2. The black rock blew up. The sailboat is still around isn’t it? I’m guessing Sawyer and Kate and Hurley are going to sail away on it.

  3. Frank got hit in the face with a door then went under water – i very much think that he’s dead!

The black rock was blown to pieces by hurley and was full of holes anyway.

the plane was never going to fly. how were they going to turn it round to take off again for a start and the engines would be full to the brim with branches. the runway was only for that plane to land, not to take off.

nobody is leaving the island unless it is via the FDW

  4. You have to know what heading to leave the island at or you always find yourself right back at the island. Lapidus should have known that you could get to a fro by using the heading of 315, but if he did he should have told them all that when they were sailing to Hydra Island.

  5. Faraday had to calculate a different bearing in one of the earlier seasons due to island flashing in time. as the island seemed to flash at the end of season 5, i assume that somebody would need to again calculate the precise bearing to leave….? just a thought.

i think the only way that they will leave the island is by the mind flashes.

  6. Once the island sinks, the bearing will become irrelevant. The way they are killing off characters there will be plenty of room aboard the Elizabeth for the survivors.

It’s like “Ten Little Indians” on that island right now.

… And then there were none 🙂

  7. Locke can fly (sort of) – otherwise why bother with the flying story in the ATL as the reason Cooper was injured and he is in the wheelchair – could just have easily been a car accident. When Smokey is exorcised from Locke, he will fly them out of there (redemption!).

  8. I wouldn’t be so sure that he’s alive because Im pretty sure that MIB has mastered how to fly a airplane saying that he is immortal and been around forever. Furthermore, I don’t think that MIb has the kind of power to control the submarine crash to make sure that Lepidus doesn’t die.

  9. Why did Locke move Sawyer and the others into the submarine to kill them? He could have gotten them onto the Ajira aircraft and blown them up just as easily as he did with the sub.

Did he sabotage the Ajira craft before leaving it behind?

  10. Lapidus was only alive to make the viewers believe that “leaving on the plane” was actually an option. Now that people realize it wasnt, the show was done with him.
