Previously on LOST
I recently noticed that their is no more “previously on lost” at the beginning of each episode. I am still trying to think of why, after five seasons was that cut from the show? I think that it could have to so with the fact that LOST sort of skips around these days and what happened in the previous episode may not be important to the next one. Since they got rid of this they do not have to go back to the cliffhanger that they ended the episode on and can skip around.

it could be more the fact that very little exciting has actually happened in this season that there isn’t anything to remind the audiance of. maybe the finale may get a “previously on Lost” though?
When they do the “previously on Lost” thing, it kind of gives you an idea of what the episode is going to be about.
Personally I like surprises, so I’m rather glad they did away with it. Like I_Am_Jacob stated though, there have not been too many surprises this season to this point.
The Candidate, Happily Ever After, and Recon are the only three episodes this year without a Previously on Lost.
So one episode in a row without our famous opening. Doesn’t sound like you know what you are talking about.
Several of the episodes have been an hour and two minutes long, and Ab Aeterno was an hour and six minutes long.
