Last we saw her was in the Cabin with the thing that pretends to be Christian Sheppard.
Haven’t heard any rumors on her role in season 6, but I would assume she will at least be in a few episodes.
I believe the last time we saw Claire she was in “Jacob’s” cabin with Christian (Correct me if I am wrong). Also, I believe it has been confirmed that we will see Claire in season 6.
