Other use for the lampost station
Can anyone remember when the food drop came out of the sky the first time just as Jack, kate etc were returning from ‘the line’?

Agreed.
Well, not to keep ‘repeating’ the same thing. But I always thought it would be…neat, if the food drop was something that technically only happened once.
And if the island really is in a timeloop (I know, I know) than this could cause an infinite amount of drops to continue to fall from the sky, even without a plane to do the dropping.
A.E.S., i think you are correct on that one. there must have been some kind of time loop that would explain the drop.
