…and dont say….

I have to ask….

Why…does the immortal Ricardus Alpert have to put on a pair of glasses for the model ship?

Are they actually just magnifyers…or bifocals for a closer view?

Or is there more than meets the eye with Mr Alpert?

And dont say he wore glasses when he was made “ageless”…I dont buy it…

  1. maybe it was just for added effect. To make any fiddley taskk look more complex, give the person a pair of glasses perched on the end of their nose.

I don’t think that this is too significant regarding Richard’s story. Sawyer doesn’t need glasses unless reading (close up work). Ben has also worn glasses for for detailed tasked too. Richard looks as if he is in his mid thirties and i bet that if 10 people went for eye tests at this age, 9 of them would probably benefit from wearing glasses. Richard is just the same.

Richard may indeed be ageless but he is probably not infallible.

  2. maybe “more than meets the eye” isn’t the best way to describe Richard wearing glasses… “less than meets the eye” maybe?

sorry, that was a horribly corny joke… i apologize.
