Ben would be dead ‘cept ‘Jacob’ wanted him alive (to stab him later?) [Note: Ironically, the next person we see saved that way is the guy who shot ‘lil Ben.]
Juliet knew Ben could be saved at the Temple. (It’s her suggestion. Did he remember being saved, or what else does she know?)

Ben gathers the O6, just like Locke tried – Christian told Locke, confirming death ‘sacrifice’ … who told Ben to do it?

I think when Ben tried to get everyone back to the island, like Locke tried, he did that on his own.
I don’t think he did it because someone told him to. I think he did it because he wanted to get back to the island.
He said that whoever moves the island can never come back, so going with the other “losties” was the only way for him to get back.
