i had originally posted this as a comment on the “the psychic wasnt a fraud” theory, then AES asked me if i could post it separately so here it is, i would love to hear all of your thoughts on it….
“just had another thought (i realllyyyy need to get off this site!!) …. didn’t milken say the baby would be evil or wtvr if he was separated from clair. could this possibly mean seperated from clair, clair goes crazy, aaron reunited with clair via widmore’s sub secret chamber, aaron raised by crazy mother, flocke: “i had a crazy mother.”, aaron=floke. but in sideways reality, clair never gives aaron up for adobtion, clair raises aaron, aaron grows up with a normal mother, aaron=jacob. and by transitive property jacob=flocke, jacob and flocke both sides of same person, as in aaron, like the devil and angel on your shoulder.
for the record, i dont really believe this, it goes against everything i have said about mib and jacob, however it was an interesting thought and i figured i’d share”
so what i am trying to say with that is that mib and jacob are two sides of the same person. just like dogen was saying there is a balance within a person like a scale with a dark and light side.
That is supported with the whole yin/yang theories. You can’t have yin without yang
This is exactly what I argued, so I could not agree more. How that plays within the entire context ie time travel, why they are there in first pace, is it really hell? Thats the interesting bit no? The bit they are hiding from us still
Awesome use of transitive property, IMHO.
I like this idea that all of them are one entity, kind of a trinity of sorts. We’ve seen lots of trinity theories too, but this one is simply explained.

If they were to go the direction that Aaron is one of or both of these people, this makes the most sense in my eyes.

as of last weeks episode, i am totally getting over this idea. but now i dont know what to think of them lol i refuse to think that mib and jacob are what we are told they are. mib is evil, jacob’s job is to keep him on the island? i call bullshit! but if that’s what it turns out to be at the end i will be very disappointed in the show
