Desmond & electromagnetic energy
So do you think Desmond’s entire alt-flash occurred as a result of the electromagnetic blast ordered by Widmore? It sure seemed to happen during the blast.
Notice that the flashes of Penny etc. occured in the alt while he was having an MRI (more magnetic energy)
(?) That’s most likely the answer.
I’d like to know if Widmore’s the only/first to discover this and use it as a tool for accomplishing things in the island timeline. I wouldn’t be surprised if Jacob has been using this type of technology to bend things to his liking.
It’s apparently something that the DHARMA Initiative was experimenting with.
