How to destroy MIB?

I’ll get right to the point. This is just a random idea, no basis for it whatsoever. Except the whole “Happily Ever After Episode”. The people in the flash-sideways are beginning to realize it shouldn’t be that way. I believe they will work to end it. Perhaps by getting Locke into the chamber that Desmond was in they can trap him in the flash-sideways before it is destroyed.
